About the Job:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Key responsibilities include providing proactive sales support, implementing innovative strategies to drive new sales, and assisting with customer visits.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in business or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support role, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
