Seeking an Executive Chef for a high-end modern restaurant in Rosebank. Candidates should possess over 10 years of senior chef experience and have a strong understanding of contemporary cuisine. Experience in a luxury restaurant setting is crucial. The role requires the ability to oversee and manage the entire kitchen operation, with primary responsibilities including food preparation and quality assurance. The Executive Chef will also handle kitchen control systems and inventory management. Applicants must demonstrate teamwork capabilities and leadership skills to guide the kitchen brigade. Only seasoned professionals with solid references will be considered. Expertise in menu planning and food innovation is necessary, along with exceptional cooking skills. This position encompasses both culinary and managerial responsibilities. Job hoppers will not be entertained.
