Job Description
• Matric
• 4 – 5years’ experience in general office administration
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Customer service skills
• Proficient typing Skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Experience with Training or educational programs (advantageous)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide information regarding products and services offered by KBC
• Provide information regarding the Induction Training requirements of KBC Clients
• Responsible for preparing the training schedule and booking of delegates for training interventions
• Ensure the delegates attend the required training based on Nasonti Mine’s training Matrix
• Capture delegates’ demographics on Learner Management System (LMS) / Contractor Management System (CMS)
• Efficiently assist with Contractor onboarding on site
• Perform administrative duties including but not limited to capturing data and information, filing, typing and scanning
• Assist with problem-solving to achieve a resolution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit reports as required for management
• Ensure licence cards are printed and issued after required competencies and verifications have been done
• Schedule and manage all bookings for medicals
• Ensure client Certificates are printed and distributed
• Ensure efficient filing systems are established and maintained for all training or business-related documentation and correspondence
• Schedule machinery and equipment Inspector Appointments
