Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee Payroll Consultant to join our team. This junior position is ideal for someone entering the job market or a young professional eager to learn and grow within the field of payroll consulting. The role involves supporting and implementing Sage payroll systems, providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients, and ensuring accurate payroll management.

Key Responsibilities
System and Module Implementation: Assist in the setup, configuration, and implementation of Sage payroll systems for various clients.
Client Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for client payroll issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear guidance on payroll processes and system usage.
Data Management: Handle payroll data with a high degree of accuracy, including calculations, data entry, and reporting.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve payroll-related issues, identifying solutions to meet client requirements.
Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of payroll systems and stay updated with industry trends and legislative changes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, system configurations, and support provided.


Qualifications
Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in working with numbers and performing calculations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience
