Job Description
To ensure that learners are trained, assessed and certified as Competent in relevant Unit Standard by meeting KBC.
Responsibilities
• Assist with Registration process and documentation
• Ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the Training Session commences
• Create and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates Delegates
• Facilitate programmes according to the KBC facilitation best practice and self-prepared Programme Enhancement / Lesson Plan
• Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the Assessment
• Conduct Assessments
• Conduct Moderation
• Review and Report Course Evaluations
Qualifications
Matric
• Facilitation experience for Forklift xxxxxxx, Overhead Crane xxxxxxx, Rigging & Slinging 15706, Working at Height 22998, Scaffold Erectors & Inspectors xxxxxxx& xxxxxxx, Confined Space 15034, TMM xxxxxxx, Hand Tools xxxxxxx, Power Tools 10255, Manual Handling xxxxxxx, Rescue at Heights 22995, Fall Protection Planner xxxxxxx, Fire Fighting xxxxxxx, First Aid xxxxxxx
• Moderator & Assessor certificate
• Valid accreditation as Moderator and Assessor with Merseta, TETA, CETA, HWSeta
• Safety Qualification or studying towards will be advantageous
