Job Description
Area: Randburg
Position: INBOUND SALES AGENT
Contract type: PERMANENT
Inherent requirements:
• Matric
• Sales or marketing qualification
• 2– 4 years’ experience in the sales industry
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Customer service skills
• Proficient sales technique
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Experience with Training or educational programs (advantageous)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, email outreach, or networking events
• Initiating contact with prospects to pitch products or services, either through phone calls or in-person meetings.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and credibility.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets, often tracked through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Tracking interactions with prospects and customers through Customer Relationship management (CRM) systems and other tools.
• Effectively addressing customer objections and concerns to facilitate sales conversions
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue by offering additional products or services to existing customers.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position KBC services.

Interviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviews
Reporting to: Inbound Sales Supervisor
