Job Description
EDENVALE
This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and iOS devices, and providing end-user support.
Responsibilities and Skills:
This involves understanding and troubleshooting common iPad issues, including hardware problems, software glitches, app compatibility, and syncing with other devices.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Experience with device management tools, like Apple Business Essentials, and familiarity with iPadOS and iOS updates are also crucial.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
iPad Intergration
CompTIA A : A basic certification for IT technicians covering hardware and software.
Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10, and 11) and macOS, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
Remote Support Tools: TeamViewer, Remote Desktop.
