Setting up IT DESKTOP SUPPORT
EDENVALE - Greenstone
We’re looking for an IT Desktop Support specialist who’s passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and keeping our systems running smoothly. If you love tackling tech issues, optimizing performance, and making people’s digital lives easier—you’re exactly who we need!

• pairing or replacing damaged hardware
• Microsoft Office 365
• Desktop employee profiles on PCs and network
• Server support and maintenance (both online and offline)
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
• Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
• Will report directly to the IT Manager
• Conducting daily backup operations
• Managing technical documentation
• Setting up and maintaining printers
• IT-related qualification
• A+, N+, MCSE certification
Salary R25 000 – R 30 000
