Warehouse Supervisor - Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a contract role - Fixed Term Contract as there is no permanent position available - however the fixed term contract will be on a 12 month basis at a time and be registered with MEIBC with all benefits. Probation period will apply. Salary is negotiable.

Must be proficient in all supervisor tasks, including warehouse staff training, timesheets, job descriptions, ISO9001 (quality management), OHSA, company SOPs and managing daily operational tasks in accordance.
Must be computer literate, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word.
Experience with SAP will be highly beneficial - there is an administrative team for WMS/ERP tasks.
Must be able to lead a team, and be willing to remain hands-on, including assisting in unpacking, picking etc. as needed.
Be able to coordinate well with the entire Warehouse Team, including dispatch, procurement, engineering work bench etc.
Be able to communicate effectively, in both verbal and written, in both English and Afrikaans due to the company culture.
Be a self motivator, and be able to take constructive criticism positively.
Be able to perform well under high pressure times, and be able to maintain the overall picture while having a good eye for detail.
RSA Citizens only.
No criminal record.
Already reside in the Cape Town region, and have an understanding of multi-cultural teams.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle to get to work and back is desired - Mondays to Fridays work.
Be in good health, and have sober habits.
