Job Description

Assistant Store Manager – Retail
Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, Western Cape
Salary: R9 000 – R12 000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a premium retail brand specializing in luxury gifts, homeware, jewellery, and other high-end items, is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join their team. What We're Looking For:
- Matric
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar retail role
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual (English + one other language)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and a passion for retail
- Customer service focused with a polished appearance
- IR/HR understanding and training aptitude
- Financial awareness of retail profit factors
