Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Controller to manage our busy transport sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for efficient logistics and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations across multiple transport sites
Manage and support on-site workers, ensuring smooth workflow
Build and maintain a reliable pool of workers for flexible deployment
Handle timesheet submissions and workforce scheduling
Communicate effectively with clients on a day-to-day basis
Ensure compliance with site safety and operational standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in transport, logistics, or workforce management
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong people management and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using digital tools for scheduling and reporting
