Location: Cape Town
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- CTC: R330,000 per annum
- (Performance-based salary increases available at 12 & 24 months)

What You'll Do:
- Provide world-class service to investors and financial advisers via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Build trust by confidently explaining investment strategies and product offerings.
- Educate and empower clients to make informed investment decisions.
- Own client transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and client-centric solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Science (Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Management preferred).
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence.
