Job Description

• Prepare, complete, and submit tender documents accurately and neatly.
• Attend compulsory tender briefing sessions on behalf of the company.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all administrative and tender-related documentation.
• Support the Admin Office Manager with day-to-day administrative functions.
• Perform general office duties including scanning, printing, and data entry.
• File hardcopy and digital records in a systematic and secure manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external submission deadlines and formats.
