Job Description

We are looking for a sales administrator in the steel, pipes, and fitting industry

* Handle administrative tasks to support the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service
*Receiving, processing, and distributing sales leads to the appropriate team members
*Tracking sales performance, preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
*Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, solving issues, and coordinating with sales consultants

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
*Minimum of the 3-5 years rs sales experience
*Good knowledge of and experience using MS Office suite
*self-motivation and good communication written and telephonic skills
*negotiation skills
*attention to detail and accuracy
