Location: Brooklyn, Pretoria
Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 (based on experience)
Scholtz Partners International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Secretary to join our client’s legal team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and typing skills, who is ready to grow their career in the legal field — specifically within Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support in litigation matters
Assist in preparing legal documents, particularly RAF claims for plaintiffs
Draft and type legal notices with speed and precision
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
Liaise with clients and ensure excellent service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Matric certificate (required)
3–5 years experience in administrative duties
Legal secretary experience essential
Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Fast, accurate typing skills
Strong computer literacy and knowledge of legal systems
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
