Job Description

Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R17 000 to R20 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience + medical aid and retirement contribution
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• Own vehicle essential
• High proficiency in Pastel and Excel
• Numerical efficiency and keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
• High proficiency in Pastel and Pastel reporting
• Numerical efficiency
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and teams
• Should be familiar with warehouse procedures and have good communication skills to interact with internal teams
• Work directly with management regarding stock inflow and outflow
• Review balance of inventory
• Maintain checks on stock levels
• Oversee activities relating to inventory control
• Pastel and Excel Proficiency will be tested
Key Performance Areas:
• Reconciliation of stock across all warehouses (weekly and monthly)
• Inputting batch details and batch numbers from supplier packing lists onto our warehouse management system (daily)
• Assistance with label creation for warehouses for pallets (daily)
• Inventory reporting as required (daily)
• Oversee every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization or warehouse environment
