Job Description
• A company vehicle (valued at R5,000.00 per month)
• A petrol card (up to R5,000.00 per month)
• A laptop and company phone
The candidate must be willing to work weekends and public holidays. In return, they will receive one day off per week and one day of remote work.
Some of their duties:
• Managing and motivating store management teams.
• Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
• Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for managers and relieve managers.
• Overseeing store scheduling and managing budgeted hours.
• Do store audits and manage store managers.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Daily communication with all store managers and regional manager
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric or Equivalent
• Good understanding of GAAP and able to fully operate reporting on the application.
• Min 3 years Retail experience as a junior regional manager or similar experience.
• Excellent understanding of stock takes and stock management systems.
• Above average English communication skills written and spoken.
• Above average competency in Excel, Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
• MUST have valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work long hours, on short notice, weekends, and public holidays.
Duties:
• Manage and control DFD sights across the region, including new sites, meeting with clients.
• Working closely with all support departments such as warehouse, finance, HR, Health and Safety etc.
• Managing and motivating store management, junior regional management teams.
