Job Description
Creating, managing, and maintaining project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure
projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate tasks, estimate costs and
resources, and identify potential risks.
Tasks to be performed shall include but not limited to:
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Developing project plans: This includes determining the scope, setting goals,
establishing timelines and allocating resources.
• Creating schedules: Use relevant project tools to create visualization of the project
timelines and dependencies.
• Resource allocation: Determine what resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are
needed and how they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Budgeting and cost estimation: Assist and/or give input into estimation of project costs
and ensure that execution plans are aligned with the allocated budget.
2. Monitoring and Control:
• Tracking progress: Perform regular monitoring of project progress against the schedule,
identifying any potential delays or issues.
• Managing risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Use
relevant risk management tools.
• Adapting to changes: Take full responsibility for making adjustments to the project plan
as needed, reflecting changes in scope, timelines, or resources at a regularity agreed to
with Senior Management.
• Communication: Keep project managers and stakeholders informed about project
progress, risks, and any necessary changes.
3. Collaboration and Support:
• Working with project managers & clients: Collaborate closely with project managers
from internal and external clients to ensure project success.
• Supporting team members: They may provide support to team members by answering
questions, clarifying tasks, or providing resources.
Creating reports: They prepare reports for project managers and stakeholders,
summarizing project progress and any relevant information
