Job Description
Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to lead the new implementation of HubSpot CRM. This role requires a technically skilled, business-savvy professional with a proven track record in HubSpot CRM setup, configuration, and customization, from the ground up. You will be responsible for managing the full implementation lifecycle, including integration with enterprise systems via Boomi, developing custom reports and dashboards, and ensuring the platform supports evolving sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in CRM administration or implementation, including 3+ years with HubSpot.
Proven expertise in HubSpot configuration, setup, and go-live processes.
Strong experience in HubSpot Workflows, Lists, Custom Properties, Dashboards, Reporting, Lead Scoring, Sequences, and User Management.
Hands-on experience with Boomi is preferred.
Solid understanding of sales, marketing automation, and customer success processes.
Experience with data migration, deduplication, and CRM-related system architecture.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Operations Hub, Marketing Software).
Experience in B2B, logistics, or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Knowledge of HubSpot CMS and custom-coded workflow actions is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM across multiple departments.
Configure and customize modules such as pipelines, workflows, custom properties, lead scoring, automation, and permissions.
Integrate HubSpot with ERP, marketing platforms, and support systems using Boomi, APIs, and webhooks.
Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to meet business intelligence needs.
Ensure data integrity, migration, and governance across platforms; support GDPR and other compliance efforts.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align CRM capabilities with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and onboarding resources for HubSpot users.
Evaluate and roll out new HubSpot features and modules to enhance system capabilities.
Act as the technical SME and platform administrator for HubSpot and liaise with HubSpot support or third-party vendors as needed etc.
