Job Description
Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Scholtz Partners International is seeking a dynamic Operational Coordinator to join our client in the agricultural industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and operations coordination skills who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer service and operations in the animal feed industry. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment, ensuring efficiency and excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years of customer service experience in the animal feed industry
5+ years of managerial experience
Knowledge of animal feed production
National Senior Certificate (or NQF Level 4 equivalent)
Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
Strong People Relationship Management skills
Strong administrative and people management abilities
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead under pressure
