Seeking a Super Salesperson to Join Our Multi Award-Winning Production Company

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive
to join our award-winning team. As one of SA’s top Film, TV, Video, and AV production companies, we thrive

action.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in film, TV, video, media, AV and / or advertising or
events.
• Existing relationships with large blue-chip clients, ad agencies, AV companies, broadcasters and/or
government sectors
• A deep understanding of sales psychology and how to convert leads into long-term clients
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• High energy, confidence, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset – self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Build strong connections with industry partners and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
• Draft detailed quotations and invoices in line with client needs

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month (dependent on experience & skillsets) *can push to R40k for the right candidate
+ Attractive Commission Structure with earnings of up to R1 million per annum
