Sales Representative

We are looking for an External Sales Representative in Midrand to help us grow by building strong client relationships and offering solutions that truly add value. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is driven by both success and financial rewards.

Requirements:
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
• Own Car.
• Laptop for work-related tasks.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Previous sales experience.
• Highly self-driven and results-focused, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of personal accountability and motivation.

Responsibilities:
• Present and Promote Products: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits with confidence and clarity.
• Understand and Serve: Identify and understand client needs, and provide insightful information about how our products and services can meet those needs.
• Convey Product Value: Effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings to guide client decisions and close sales.
• Ensure Client Satisfaction: Collaborate with relevant departments to deliver a seamless experience, proactively addressing client concerns to maintain high service standards.

Remuneration Package Includes:
• Basic salary ranging from R5,000 to R20,000 (based on performance and experience)
• Petrol allowance
• Car allowance
• Toll allowance
• Uncapped commission (zero baseline– the more you sell, the more you earn!)
