Operations and Filfulment Manager

A global manufacturer with operations in Thailand and the Isle of Man.

Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand (approx. 3 hours from Bangkok)

Role Overview:
The Fulfilment Manager plays a key client-facing role managing the entire order fulfilment process—from receiving customer orders to production planning and delivery. This position bridges communication between clients, customer service, and factory teams to ensure timely and accurate order completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
Receive and confirm customer orders, coordinate internal paperwork, and work with planning and customer service teams.

Production Planning:
- Liaise with factories to schedule, monitor, and follow up on production to meet deadlines and client specs.

New Product Setup:
- Assist in setting up new client products, including administrative setup, labelling, and internal instructions.

Support for Rosebank Brand:
- Help with sampling, stock systems, print-to-order management, and stock forecasting for new product launches.

Systems Development:
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new cloud-based systems to support multi-site operations.

Minimum Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable
Valid driver’s license
Willing to relocate and work in Thailand
Open to training on the Isle of Man
Experience in management and/or manufacturing is advantageous
