Job Description

Position: Human Resource Administrator
Company: General Heavy Marine (Pty) Ltd
Location: Boksburg
We are currently looking for a Human Resource Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our HR operations.
Duties And Responsibilities: (But not Limited to)
• Recruitment Support and assisting in the onboarding for new employees.
• Employee record management
• Benefits administration: Support employees with benefits inquiries and assist in the enrolment process and updates to benefits programs.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
• Assist employees with PPE requirements, record, and maintain PPE inventory list (which include minimum PPE stock list, regular stock checks)
• Maintain and update employee files and databases
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics
• Any other support or instruction received from Management.
Requirements
• High school certificate or equivalent certificate in HR or related field.
• At least 1—2 years working experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Understand and be able to apply our brand values
• Attentive to detail
