Job Description
We currently have two General Restaurant Manager positions available with two leading Restaurants one in Centurion and one in Pretoria East. The ideal candidates will have over 8 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or General Manager role. Strong front and back of house management skills are a must, along with the ability to manage the entire restaurant operation. Candidates should be articulate and fluent in English. We will consider applicants with a consistent work history and excellent references. Proficiency in cash reconciliation, stock management, and opening and closing procedures is required. Preference will be given to those with a comprehensive understanding of restaurant administration. The successful candidate should be energetic, passionate, and motivated to succeed, with the ability to perform well under pressure and lead a team effectively. Strong customer relations, staff management, and training skills are essential. Salary R 25 - 30 K net. Only serious managers need to apply. Quote Reference RJ02 when applying.
