We’re looking for a friendly, well-organized Receptionist who’s great with people and even better at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’ve got a professional attitude, love helping others, and enjoy admin tasks,
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming visitors with a smile and answering incoming calls.
• Keeping the front desk and reception area neat and professional.
• Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Scheduling meetings, helping with reports, and supporting the team with admin tasks.
• Assisting with new employee onboarding and travel bookings.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or admin role.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and organized.
• High school diploma (additional training or a related qualification is a plus!).
