Kitchen Cupboard Sales, Design & Customer Service Consultant Mafi

We are looking for a Designer & Sales Consultant to join our highly motivated and energetic team of kitchen and built-in cupboard designers and consultants, to service a reputable retailer in the Mafikeng, North West and the surrounding areas. As a Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their organization, within the Kitchen department. Owning a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Liaising with clients
Measuring and consulting on site,
Developing and creating inspiring proposals
Quoting on creative work
Order tracking and management from start to finish on each job
Following up leads
Converting leads to sales
Meeting monthly sales targets
Participation in trade shows, exhibitions and networking to promote the brand
Monitoring the target market, finding out the competitors, keeping up with the trends, latest innovations and products
Administration
Achieving KPI’s
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

A background in Kitchen Design, however training will be provided for our system
Grade 12 or higher
Sales Driven
Must love working with people
Customer Service & Sales Driven
Must be willing to work the retail hours
Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
Have a Friendly, Efficient and Flexible Ability to find solutions
Good communication skills
Previous Experience preferred
Good mathematics
Must be well organized, reliable and hard-working as well as a strong team player
Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Must be able to pay close attention to detail
