Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a strong accounting background to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to our executive.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including drafting and editing emails, letters, and other documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with client interaction is a plus.
Salary:
R 12 000,00 Monthly
