Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Junior Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building strong relationships. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and managing key account relationships across a diverse client base spanning Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and be comfortable engaging in high-level sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients, presenting our services and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
• Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Process: Navigate the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and trends within the industry.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to management and suggesting improvements to the sales strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Qualifications
• Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including senior executives.
o Proficient in sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attributes:

Experience
• Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred.
