Job Description
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Assist spray painters by ensuring all surfaces are correctly prepped and ready
• Mix and apply primers and sealers as required
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE appropriately
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a vehicle prepper in a panel beating or spray-painting workshop
• Knowledge of automotive refinishing and surface preparation techniques
• Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure
