Elluco Projects, a proudly female-owned company founded in 2019, is a rising force in the IT sales and services industry. We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking IT Manager to lead our IT department and drive innovation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
As IT Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for:

Developing and executing the company's IT strategy to align with business goals

Ensuring cybersecurity measures and infrastructure resilience

Leading the IT team with strong technical direction and empowering leadership

Overseeing systems architecture, network management, and enterprise solutions

Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to support growth

Managing vendor relationships, budgeting, and cost-effective tech investments

Collaborating with departments to deliver tech-enabled operational improvements

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in an IT leadership role (ideally within sales/service environments)

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data governance

Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
