Minimum Requirement:
• Matric
• Business Administrative Certificate /ND in Office Management & Technology will be an added advantage
Skills and Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creditor’s environment.
• Microsoft Office proficient, intermediate level excel skills and must have experience working with excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills and numerical ability
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Update schedule and invoice details
• Overseeing daily office operations
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
• Supervising administrative staff
• Handling correspondence and communications
• Analyse reports and variance
• Verify banking information for Internal and external stakeholders/suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of all reporting documents
• Assist in adhoc duties
Communication will be entered into short-listed candidates only.
Preference will be given to candidates that resides in Durban and Durban surroundings.
