OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Pretoria East
Salary: R 13 000 – R 18 000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves general office administrative duties, including assisting the finance department with invoice capturing and maintaining accurate financial records. Attention to detail and organisational skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office administrative support (filing, answering calls, correspondence, etc.)
Accurately capture and process supplier and customer invoices
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for financial documentation
Assist the finance department with data entry and petty cash tracking
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries, statements, and payments
Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
A finance, bookkeeping, or office administration qualification is advantageous
Minimum 3–5 years in an office administration role with finance exposure
Proven experience in invoice capturing and processing
Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Pastel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
