Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Sales Administrator to join their team!

What we offer:
Excellent salary: R300,000 - R400,000 annually

Key Software Requirements:
• Pastel experience ESSENTIAL
• MS Office proficiency
• Further education is advantageous

Procurement Responsibilities:
• Generate supplier purchase orders
• Place orders on supplier procurement systems
• Liaise with overseas and local suppliers
• Track purchase requests and expedite deliveries
• Coordinate with shippers for timely arrivals
• Maintain supplier and purchase order spreadsheets
• Coordinate courier collections
• Streamline processes and maintain audit-ready records

Sales Administration:
• Generate and maintain sales files
• Process invoicing timeously
• Generate delivery notes and manage PODs
• Handle proforma invoices
• Customer liaison for delivery expectations
• Update quotes register and expediting sheets
• Open new client profiles on Pastel
• Assist with cash sales allocation

General Duties:
• Stock reserve account management
• Update/delete back orders
• PPE register maintenance
• Ad hoc administrative support
