Job Description

The Casino Porter is responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the casino. This includes cleaning and tidying the gaming areas and public areas of the casino, ensuring that all gaming equipment is in working order, replenishing supplies and maintaining the security of the casino. The Casino Porter must be well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Casino Porter Duties
Greet guests, assist them with their luggage, and answer any questions they may have
Provide guests with information about the casino and surrounding area
Keep the casino lobby, hallways, and entrances clean and organized
Ensure that all areas of the casino are kept secure
Perform daily inspections of the casino and report any irregularities
Assist in the setup of casino events and conferences
Help with promotional activities and special events
Provide customer service to guests
Coordinate with hotel staff for guest needs

Casino Porter Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have basic knowledge of casino games
