Lodge near Hluhluwe is looking for an Operations Manager.
Experience required:
At least 3 years relevant experience in a 5-star lodge operation
Some form of managerial training
Valid unendorsed SA driver’s license essential
Experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff
Previous camp or lodge manager experience
Previous experience in working with children an advantage
Duties required:
Meet and Greet all Guests
Cover all daily and weekly requirements of the Lodge Manager when on leave
Host agents, media and groups
Weekly planning
Departmental and finance meetings
Positive Health
Staff Welfare
Training
Stock take
Complete performance reviews
Promote teamwork between departments
This is a live-in role for a single person.
