Key Responsibilities
Non-Payment Account Management
• Monitor and manage overdue accounts with discretion and professionalism
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate records of account status and correspondence
Sales Deal Coordination
• Process incoming sales deals with precision and compliance
• Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline deal flow
Administrative Support
• Provide robust support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold PSI-SUPER’s standards of excellence in all communications and documentation
Requirements
• Proven experience in administrative or financial coordination roles
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal finesse
• High attention to detail and organizational capability
• Must be based in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal
• Salary commensurate with experience
