Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operations and team success?
A busy Durban-based Fitment Center, located within a leading automotive dealership and part of a well-established group, is looking for an experienced Fitment Center Manager with Netstar tracking expertise to take charge and drive performance!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee and manage a team of skilled Fitment Technicians.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Fitment Center.
Handle stock replenishment, stock control, and invoicing with precision.
Drive efficiency through analytical decision-making and problem-solving.
Maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous Fitment Center Management experience (essential).
Strong working knowledge of Netstar tracking systems.
Proven track record in managing teams of technicians.
Analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills.
Experience in stock management and invoicing.
