Location: Johannesburg
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Position: Junior Sales Representative
Are you a driven and energetic sales professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Johannesburg! This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected company, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our continued growth.
What We Offer:
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 (basic)
Incentives: Quarterly target-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:
• Present and sell products and services to new and existing clients
• Develop and manage a structured sales call schedule (fortnightly/monthly)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build market share across all categories
• Maintain accurate client classifications and sales records
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Execute promotional activities as required
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships
• Submit timely sales and ADAPT reports
• Support delivery logistics and uphold service standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Education: Matric (required), Diploma/Degree (advantageous)
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales (FMCG experience preferred)
• Skills & Competencies:
o High energy and results-oriented mindset
o Strong planning and organizational skills
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities
o Innovative thinking and accountability
o Numeracy and technical aptitude
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
o Ability to work independently
• Bonus: Owning a personal laptop is beneficial
