Architect

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to finalisation.
• Represent practice at project briefing meetings.
• Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs.
• Support graphic design and 3D visualisation for presentations (beneficial but not core).
• Prepare and co-ordinate council submissions (SDP & Building Plans).
• Produce working drawings and co-ordinate with other disciplines.
• Attend site meetings, proactively solve problems, and monitor progress.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction.
• Guide and motivate project teams; willingness to travel when required.

• Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch/B.Arch).
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience.
• Registered with SACAP.
• Advanced Revit skills (certification preferable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Master Suite and 3D visualisation software (advantageous).
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Knowledge of site administration and project management.
• Excellent record-keeping, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Effective workflow planning and resource management.
• Team leadership and client relationship-building skills.
