Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain and organize physical and digital files
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Greet and assist visitors
Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees
Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
