Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the sales team servicing the Client by ensuring timeous and well coordinated in-store tasting campaigns. The candidate will work to recruit a team of brand ambassadors nationwide, place them in various stores, monitor their in-store activity , compile their payroll and reporting of the campaigns.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the skills to be credible at this level, with the ability to problem solve and escalate as needed to the Business Unit Director when needed and be able to stay in control of the on-consumption and off-consumption liquid on lips campaigns is critical.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Promoter bookings
● Maintain regular contact with promoters
● Compile & update monthly booking sheets
● Compile weekly feedback
● Promoter recruitment
● Schedule castings with promoters
● Schedule trainings with promoters
● Compile and update promoter training materials
● Create a weekly feedback gallery

Skills required

● Matric
● At least 1 - 2 years experience in the promotions industry
● Attention to detail
● Be able to work in a high pressure environment
● Verbal and written communication skills
● Customer service orientated
● Ability to organise and plan
● Must be able to show initiative and be proactive
● Must be reliable
Must have a valid drivers license.
