Who we are
• Yolandi van Wyk started the business in 2009 and formerly registered
CDI HR as PTY Ltd in 2016. Yolandi van Wyk an HR professional with
more than 20 years HR experience, supported organizations across
many geographies (28 African countries). These organizations ranged
from small to medium enterprises, startups to Global and Multi-
national organizations like Hilti, Orica Africa, Dunlop, IQVIA to name a
few as an HR Executive. Yolandi holds a Commerce Degree in Human
Resource Management and various Leadership courses.
