Job Description

NCR Management Centre, an outbound Call Centre has an exciting opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to assume the responsibility as a Call Centre Agent - reporting to the Floor Manager.

The successful candidates are required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A second and third language would be advantageous in order to service existing and potential clients and ensure targets and standards are achieved and client satisfaction maintained.


Requirements:

At least 1-year experience within an call Centre environment;

Knowledge of Debt Review Cancellation and Mediation would be and added advantage

Proficiency in working on vici-dial would be an added advantage

Computer Literate

Saturdays may apply depending on sales targets
