Job Description

We are working with a Software Development Company in Johannesburg that is looking for an Account Manager.

Experience: 1 - 2 years
Salary: R28 000 max per month

Skills Required:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients on all levels.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Work side by side with company stakeholders, teams, managers, and Scrum Master.
