Position: Sales/Stock Administrator

Location: Knysna

About the role: Small but rapidly developing agency selling upmarket medical scrubs (overalls) requires the services of a fulltime administrator to handle the stock, online sales and walk-ins.

Responsibilities:
• Run the shop in the Industrial Area.
• Keep check of the stock.
• Ensure materials are sufficient and order accordingly.
• Oversee the packaging.
• Ensure orders are despatched / collected.
• Follow up with deliveries.
• Place content up on social media.
• Come up with new advertising ideas.
• Source content for medical videos.
• Supply content to advertisers and advise what to focus on.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience selling and ordering stock.
• Own car and driver's licence
• Good English with clear speaking voice & basic Afrikaans Ability to prioritise and plan the day.
• Needs MS Word, Excel, emailing
• Happy to work alone
• This would suit an applicant already living in Knysna and surrounds.
