Job Description
Assist in conducting interviews and screenings
Prepare and send offer letters and contracts to new hires
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
Assist in organising and coordinating training programs
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (overtime hours, absences, etc.)
Respond to employee inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Assist in conducting exit interviews
