Job Description:
As the HR Manager at Skills Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture, supporting employee growth and development, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will work closely with the CEO, executives, and other department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the overall culture and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR and talent strategies in line with organizational goals
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent
Uphold and embed the company's culture and values throughout the organization
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions
Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and inform decision-making
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the HR department
The HR Manager is the custodian of the company culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Three years of work experience in HR management, with a strong focus on training and development, talent management, and employee relations
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Emotional intelligence

Job details:
This is a full time position in our Bellville South offices. We work from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
The salary range for this position is from R17,000 to R20,000.
Salary:
20.000,00 ZAR Monthly
