IT Security Technology (Fortinet) Support Engineer (Sandton)

Seeking inspired IT Security Technology (Fortinet) Support Engineers to join a highly motivated and energetic team of security specialists.

The range of security technologies used by customers typically includes next generation firewalls, VPN, SDWAN, threat prevention, secure web gateways, CASB, authentication and end point protection.

Specific responsibilities would include:
Administration and configuration of security technologies (Fortinet, Checkpoint)
Support and troubleshooting
System upgrades and patching
Alert response
Reporting

Desired experience and qualifications:
Min 2 years full-time experience working with security technologies - (Fortinet experience an advantage)
Tertiary/industry qualifications that include IT systems, networking and security related courses
