Software Manager / Lead (Engineer)

Responsibilities
Manage Company information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Address Tickets raised by employees in a time bound manner
Provide periodic structured IT training to the employee
IT policy: Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure that all hardware and software used by the company is up to date
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Support IIOT Business Initiatives of the Company
Provide input to annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field is required.
• Proven working experience as an IT lead / Manager or relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Hands-on experience of more than 5 years in IT system management
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Familiarity with software systems like Windows OS
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Business Suit with a Certification Ability to manage personnel.
• Familiarity with the Front-End Programming Languages such as HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), JavaScript, React etc,
• Strong work ethics
